The 2011 Holiday Parade at the Beach marched down Atlantic Avenue on Saturday, December 3rd. The weather was nice and cold for the Holiday Parade, but it did not snow this year like it did last year. The parade is part of BeachStreet USA along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
