We attended the 27th Annual Holiday in the City Grand Illumination Parade in Norfolk, Virginia on Saturday, November 19, 2011. The buildings of Norfolk were lit for the Holidays at 7pm and the parade followed down Main Street and ending on Waterside Drive. This years theme was "It's a Sweet Life" .
