We visited the 15th Annual Virginia International Tattoo on Sunday, May 1, 2011. We take pictures at several events every year and this is the event that you cannot miss. This event is put on by the Virginia Arts Festival and held in Norfolk, Virginia at the Norfolk Scope. The photos and videos in this gallery are part of a 2 hour pre-show Tattoo Hullabaloo and from the plaza after the Tattoo. The Tattoo this year was great and featured over 850 Artists from several countries including: Australia, Canada, Germany, Tonga United Kingdom and the United States.
